Hamiltons Tavern
The WTF crew had an unexpected surprise last night. Hamiltons Tavern is one badass bar! With a beer selection that boggles the mind, it was hard to even choose what to try. I finally decided to have a bottle of Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout. I have to say it was delicious. I followed that up with a Lightning Thunderwizen. Matt had an Alesmith IPA, Racer 5 IIPA, Alesmith Speedway Stout respectively. Overall the atmosphere of Hamiltons was awesome, with just a *bit* of a hipster vibe that was easy to deal with.
Matt managed to annihilate me at table soccer 2 out of 2 games. The shame I felt was palpable. I suppose, however, that losing at a soccer game to someone who plays soccer all the time is allowed…
I really liked the dog friendliness of the place. When Gretchen and I first walked in there was a puppy sleeping on the floor, as we left 3 dogs were playing inside the bar. We will absolutely go back here. -Matt
